Contribution to parliamentary hearing on Kazakh AI Act

On 19 September 2025, contributed to the First Academic Hearings on the Draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Artificial Intelligence’ hosted by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and within the legislative procedure at Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, commenting as invited expert on the current draft.

On 29 November 2025, presented with Yuliia Kratchenko on opportunities and tensions of embedding a harmonised EU identity system into a mature national e-state at the Cyberspace Conference at Brno University.
